Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location within the United States.

Shipping Region

We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

No Sales Tax

No sales tax is added to any order. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@greensleeveslawncare.com with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost.

Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your mailbox area first, then contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@greensleeveslawncare.com. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
