30-Day Return Window

You may return any unused tool within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@greensleeveslawncare.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items, where we cover return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your tool arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at info@greensleeveslawncare.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

Tools that have been heavily used, modified, or damaged through improper use may not be eligible for return. Contact us if you're unsure.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired variant.
